- Refunds are honored only for defective items, or when a return is initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To begin a return, email us at info@sashastrends.com and our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Once approved, the item should be shipped back within 7 working days, packed in its original box and cushioned with the same care it arrived in.
- Once we receive your return, we inspect the piece to confirm it's undamaged and email you to confirm receipt.
- Your refund is initiated within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned item, credited back to your original payment method.
- Exchanges or store credit are issued only once the return is received and confirmed to be in its original, undamaged condition.
